CANCELLATION POLICIES

Summer:

• More than 7 daysprior to arrival - Full refund.
  
• Within 7 days prior to arrival - guest will forfeit AD equal to 100% of one nights rent (per room).
  

• More than 48 hours prior to arrival - Full refund.
  
• Within 48 hours prior to arrival - guest will forfeit AD equal to 100% of one nights rent (per room).
  

• All guaranteed reservations require a first night deposit (incl. tax).
  
• "No Show" will be charged 100% of one nights rent.
  
• There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals or early departure.
  
Any refund money due will be paid within 14 days of original departure date.

• Sorry, NO pets allowed at Wapato Ridge Condominiums.

• Weekends: 10-20 rooms 1 night stay permitted,

• Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day Holidays: 3 night MINIMUM at Summer WEEKEND Rates.
  

• The Mountain View Lodge and Wapato Ridge Resort heated outdoor pools are open from approximately May 1 – October and are available from 7am until 11pm in the summer time.
  
• Under the stars, on a breezy afternoon, or a snowy winter day… guests of Mountain View Lodge can enjoy their outdoor hot tub year round!
  Reservations
  
• An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required to "guarantee" your reservation.
  
• Our friendly staff will be happy to explain the payment timeline, cancellation and any other pertinent policies.
  

• At Mountain View Lodge you won’t pay any additional registration fees.
  
• The current tax rate is 10% which will be included in the final cost for your accommodations.
